Ruth Seale (director of CHES) approached Web Learning and asked us to develop a site that would allow allow them to
  • report on activities of CHES.
  • create a community of practice whereby members can share experiences and resources with other practitioners.
  • orientate academic (lecturing) staff to the courses at postgraduate, diploma and Master's (M.ED) level.
  • offer resources for collaborative research into areas of Higher Education.
The web site that we developed together is intended to promote the CHES vision for higher education scholarship. All staff in CHES can contribute to the site, and can use elements of the site to work collaboratively in developing insights, knowledge, skills and synergy for enhanced practice in higher education.
