Jenny Mitchell (CEO the Institute of Natural Resources) approached me and asked Web Learning to remodel the EIA website and create an online repository for public information and participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment process. The Website's primary purpose was to disseminate specialist reports, appendices or draft chapters that were part of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report. Users were able to click on the appropriate hyperlink and download particular chapters.
